Introduction：

        SeTAQ medicine checkweigher, also called SeTAQ B2 series checkweigher, can checkweigh the medicine weight variance or filling variance of medicine with target weight less than 30g with high accuracy at high speed. It can also judge whether the package or subpackage is missing or more pieces according to the weighing results. It can directly reject the unqualified preparations or missing blister plate in the production process, which greatly reduce the probability that the finished products are finally identified as inferior medicine due to unqualified weight variance in future quality spot checks, and that this will lead to huge economic and reputation losses of the enterprise and the relevant license holders or production responsible persons.

    The medicine checkweigher can be installed at the discharge port of the vertical granule packing machine to check the variance of granule filling on-line, and can also be inserted in the high-speed blister production line to check whether the blister plate is missing or contains half or incomplete granules.

It is soldered by the Japanese Yamaha SMT production line owned by SeTAQ company. At last, it has passed various harsh tests such as environmental test, safety test, electromagnetic compatibility test, etc., which can ensure its the long-term and effective running in the pharmaceutical industry.

Structure Features：

    The medicine checkweigher is composed of feeding belt, weighing belt and rejection belt. Among them, the feeding belt controls that there is enough equal distance between products; the weighing unit completes the acquisition of weight signal and sends the weight result to the controller for processing; after receiving the digital weight signal, the rejecting belt uses the high-speed cylinder to reject the unqualified products and make them leave the rejecting belt.
