Introduction：

    SeTAQ B3 series checkweigher can checkweigh the actual weight of products under 100g with high accuracy and high speed. It check whether the packing boxes, bags and bottles are missing by weighing online, and check the amount of ointment and injection, and rejects the unqualified products directly in the production process.  This can greatly reduce the probability that the finished products are finally identified as inferior medicine due to unqualified weight variance in future quality spot checks, and that this will lead to huge economic and reputation losses of the enterprise and the relevant license holders or production responsible persons.

    SeTAQ B3 series checkweigher is suitable for high-accuracy weight inspection of products such as rectangular package, blister board or medium bottle on medium and high-speed production lines of drugs, food and beverage.

    SeTAQ B3 series checkweigher can not only be installed at the discharge port of the automatic packaging machine to check whether the packaging box lacks blister plate, instruction or straw, but also be inserted in the high-speed blister production line to check whether the large-size blister plate is missing or contains half grain or incomplete. It can be connected to the discharge port of other bag packing machines to check whether the weight of the packaging bag is qualified, and it can also be connected to the bottling line or the counting machine to check the weight of the medicine bottle. It can also check the weight of the product at the outlet of the ointment and injection production line.

Structure Features：

     The checkweigher is composed of feeding belt, weighing belt and rejection belt. In the process of high-speed weighing, the high-speed cylinder is used to reject the unqualified products and make them leave the belt quickly.

    The checkweigher adopts the patent of high-accuracy sensing structure of SeTAQ company, with the accuracy of 15mg at 80 bags / min and 20mg at 300 boxes / min. 

    It adopts high speed rejection cylinder, which can reject unqualified products effectively, reliably and accurately for a long time.
