B4 series checkweigher

Introduction：

    SeTAQ B4 series checkweigher can check the actual weight of large-sized products under 1kg with high accuracy at high speed. The checkweiher, through the automatic checkweighing on-line inspection of various three-dimensional packaging boxes, hard packaging bags and bottled products whether the weight is qualified or parts missing, directly rejects the unqualified products in the production packaging process. This can avoid economic and administrative punishment for unqualified weight or unqualified content and quantity in future quality spot checks.

    SeTAQ B4 series checkweigher is suitable for medium and high speed production line of medicine, food, beverage, etc. to reject defective products.

    SeTAQ B4 series checkweigher can be installed at the discharge port of the automatic cartoning machine to check whether the large-size packing box lacks small packages, instructions or straws, or inserted in the high-speed blister production line to check whether the large-size blister plate is missing or contains half a grain or incomplete. It can be connected to the discharge port of other bag packing machines to check whether the weight of the packing bag is qualified, and can also be connected to the bottling line or counting machine to check the weight of medicine bottle or lack of granules.

    SeTAQ B4 series checkweigher adopts SeTAQ digital weighing processing software, which is specially designed for the complex working conditions of high-speed weighing field. From the control software, it ensures reliable, high-speed and high-accuracy weighing, rejection and online feedback control.

    

Structure Features：

     The checkweigher is composed of relatively wide and long feeding belt, weighing belt and rejection belt. In the process of high-speed checkweighing, the high-speed cylinder or pusher is used to reject the unqualified products and make them leave the belt quickly.

    The checkweigher adopts the patent of high-accuracy sensing structure of SeTAQ company, with the accuracy of 0.12g at 200 boxes / min and 0.15g at 300 boxes / min.
