Introduction：

    With SeTAQ slide plate patent，tube checkweigher is used for checkweighing tubular, pill or spherical articles. And it is extremely convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

Features：

    Adopts open slot structure with simple structure and convenient cleaning.

    Adopts the patent of sliding slot clip for disassembly and assembly, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance, and protects the load cell. 

    The patented slide frame is adopted, and the checking efficiency can be adjusted by adjusting the angle of the slide slot.  Besides, the channels in contact with the products are all 316L stainless steel, which is safe and hygienic, and can be used for a long time. There will never be roller shaft pollution, frequent slipping or belt wear in the belt checkweighers.

    As long as there is a height difference of more than 200 mm between the manufacturing equipment or the product conveying line and the follow-up equipment or the material receiving bin, or a height difference of more than 200 mm after the product conveying line climbs, the SeTAQ tube checkweigher can be used.

    SeTAQ multi-channel tube checkweigher can be simply connected with automatic equipment with multiple outlets such as sealing machine, and can also be manually feeded. For the ultra-high speed production line, multi-channel accurate checkweighing can be realized through the material distribution device.

Applications：

    SeTAQ tube checkweigher is especially suitable for checkweighing hose and strip products, such as eye ointment, jiaoqiling, toothpaste, suppository, etc., as well as various strip products, such as syringe, back sealed strip bag, strip box, injection, oral liquid bottle, etc., with accuracy of several mg and speed of 120 bags/min per channel.

    It can also checkweigh other items including pills, three side sealed square bag, four side sealed soft bag, medicine bottle, big honey pill, small pill, Chinese medicine ball shell, hard square box, food, candy, native raw materials and various instruments, with the accuracy of 30mg.
